Designer Spotlight – Markberg leather

While I was living in Sweden last year, I decided to familiarize myself with some Scandinavian designers. I came across an absolutely amazing brand – Markberg. Some days after I discovered the high quality leather brand, one of my favourite Irish bloggers became the face of their Spring/Summer 2013 collection! Such a coincidence.

The founders Mette Astrup and Rune Klemmensen believe in quality leather products which will stay with you for many years and that you don’t just throw away after a short time. According to them leather is like fine wine, it only gets better with age!!

Their collection included bags and purses, gloves (which are my favourite), belts and bracelets. These beautiful items have an edgy and contemporary feel, but also look very chic and classy which is due to the simplicity of their designs. The high quality leather and the unique handmade details are the key elements that make any Markberg product a perfect and worthy investment.

There are currently no stocklists in France HOWEVER you can buy all items on their webshop and right now it’s free delivery and gift wrapping for all EU countries.

Here are some of my favourite items from the Autumn/Winter 2013 collection.
